Three Red Flags

Three Red Flags ( 200 cm 300cm each ) are hung from the ceiling, all with lines drawn by a tailor. Some part of the red flag was been cut of, A tailor has been invited to make a red garment with these cut off pieces from the flag. A performer (can be a staff member of the museum) will wear the red garment, standing right under the three red flags. when the performance finished, during the exhibition the red garment will also hung on the wall as part of the installation.
The bridgehead of Nanjing Yangtze River Bridge where the three red flags sculpture are erected, have been the most conspicuous mark since its completion in 1968. The three red flags was a famous political slogan during 1960s in China , they were the symbols of the course of building socialism, The great Jump movement and The people's commune .
