为中央美术学院美术馆Cafam艺术生活季所作计划
由6个200升汽油桶组成的树状装置。汽油桶桶壁上用激光切割出图案，拉出成为立体的树杈，多个起油桶竖向叠加，成为一棵树的造型。在主树干的内部不同高度安装旋转灯光。灯光把桶壁上的图形投影在四周的墙上，由于灯光旋转，图形的远近虚实不断地发生变化。当代经济，都和石油有或远或近的关系。整个树的造型参考了东汉开始大量出现在西南地区的青铜摇钱树。这个摇钱树首次展示于圣诞节前夕，用来取代圣诞树。
Money Tree
A tree-like installation consists of six 200-liter oil barrels. The surface of the barrels are laser cut and from which three-dimensional tree branches are pulled out. Several barrels are vertically stacked into a tree shape. Rotating lights are installed within the main trunk which create projections onto the surrounding walls. The projected graphics differ in clarity and distance due to the rotating lights. Oil is one of the driven resources in contemporary economics. The style of the tree is in reference to the bronze Money Trees prevailing in Southwest China during the Eastern Han Dynasty. This Money Tree was first exhibited right before Christmas, as a substitute Christmas tree.
