《世界地图计划》是邱志杰长期推进的大型艺术计划之一。它以手绘地图为方法，把历史、知识、政治、技术、地理、诗歌和社会结构转化为可观看、可阅读的图像系统。
这一总入口用于统摄地图系列中的多个重要作品。具体地图如《科技艺术地图》《黄河诗境图》《东亚思想战争》《大江与文明·长江流域科学技术史》《民以食为天，中华美食地图》等，应当分别建立独立作品记录，同时保留它们与总计划之间的关系。
The World Map Plan is one of Qiu Zhijie's long-term large art plans. Through hand-drawn maps, it turns history, knowledge, politics, technology, geography, poetry, and social structures into image systems that can be both viewed and read.
This overview entry gathers the many map works in the series. Individual maps, including Sci-Tech Art Map, Huanghe Poem Map, East Asian Idea War, Great River and Civilization: A History of Science and Technology in the Yangtze River Basin, and Food Is Heaven, Map of Chinese Cuisine, should each have independent work records while remaining connected to the larger plan.
