日本木屐的鞋底上刻上了与声音有关的字--中国古代声乐体系中的“律吕”：黄钟、大吕、姑射、太簇………以及诗律“平仄”等。展出中观众穿着这些木屐在九宫格内行走，将痕迹留在纸面上，纸上的“声音”越来越密。
自行车轮与走马灯的转动，车与鞋与行走的关系将这个展览联结成一个场，墙上的纸上水墨作品也都与声响有关。在这个以声音为题的展览中每件东西都是不发声的。
Characters were cut on the tread of the Japanese wooden shoes (it is also used in old china and some southern town in china now). The characters were some words of sound, which are 12 different sound in Chinese traditional music system. The visitor can walk in the "Nine Square" with these of shoes and print the tread on the paper. The "9 Square construction" is a symbol of the universe in China. During the show, the paper getting filled more and more ink of prints.
The title of this show is "Sound of the Sound". In fact , the 9 square with shoes walking means the earth, the earth is square and the sky is a circle, so the bell is the sound of the sky, and the bike is human action between sky and earth, all the tree works is "Tian, Di, Ren"(sky, earth and human being.
