将开国大典中毛泽东讲话的经典镜头，图像无声播放于电视屏幕，音频输入功放，再以实时摄像头翻拍功放机上的音频游标光柱，通过投影，声音转化为变动的视觉图像。整个声音装置实则无声。
另在现场设置一麦克风，采集现场声音。现场观众的声音亦经麦克风接入功放，影响到投影图像的变化。当代的展厅中的声音与毛的声音相混合而成像，
毛讲话的历史的图像为中国观众所熟知，虽然现场无声，每个观者心中自有声，是名《回音》。
Echo, video/sound-stallation
Edit the historical newsreel video of the “National Grand Celebration” in 1949,while Chairman Mao declared that: “People’s Republic of China found today ” in a monitor. The video clip was the most well known and influenced historical pieces in the Chinese modernist period, almost everyone can imagine the sound when he seen the piecure.
Show the video piece in a monitor, the audio output to a audio device. A jumping cursor will shows the changing volume of the sound.
A live-camera focus the detail of the cursor, output the image of cursor to a projector, project the video to the wall. All the installation is not sound.
A live microphone was set in front of the space, picking up the sound source of the visitors, and also input to the audio device, mixed with the source of Chairman Mao’s sound, influenced the moving image of cursor.
